2. Formulate a cleaning plan


Determine the appropriate cleaning technology, cleaning agent type, cleaning tools, etc. based on the communication and evaluation results.


Plan the order, steps and schedule of cleaning.


3. Site preparation


Before cleaning, set up safety protection measures on site, such as setting warning signs, etc. Prepare the required cleaning equipment, tools and materials.


4. Equipment shutdown and inspection (if allowed)


For some equipment that can be shut down, shut down the equipment while ensuring safety.

Recheck the connection, power-on status of the equipment, etc.


5. Power-on cleaning operation


According to the established plan, use professional equipment and tools for cleaning, and strictly control parameters such as cleaning distance, angle, and pressure.


Follow the cleaning sequence principles of top first, bottom second, inside first, outside second.


6. Cleaning effect inspection


After cleaning, check the cleanliness of the equipment surface to ensure the expected cleaning effect.


Check whether there is any residual cleaning agent or dirt on the equipment.


7. Equipment reset and test


For the equipment that was previously shut down, reset it and start the test to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.


8. After-sales service


Provide the customer with a cleaning report, including the cleaning process, materials used, cleaning effect, etc.
